Choosing your chain: width, length & gold
Width: 3–5 mm is a slimmer starting point for a Cuban; 7–9 mm makes a stronger statement; 12 mm is a substantial look. These are style guides, not measurements of the sample photo.
Length: Use a soft tape or string to find your preferred fit. 18″ = 45.7 cm · 20″ = 50.8 cm · 22″ = 55.9 cm · 24″ = 61.0 cm. Fit depends on your neck and body proportions.
Gold: 10K contains about 41.7% gold, 14K about 58.3%, and 18K 75%. Yellow, white and rose describe the alloy color. White-gold plating and alloy details will be confirmed for your piece.
Pairing with a pendant? Tell us its weight and the inside dimensions of its bail—the loop that slides onto the chain. The clasp must fit through it too.
